r RESOLUTION NO. 66-017 • RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS . WHEREAS, the assessment roll for local improvements Sanitary Sewer Impr. 1960-2, l-!atermain Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor 1960-2 was pre- viously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on the 9th day of October, 1961 , and WHEREAS, the assessment roll for local improvement Street Impr. 1,962-1 was previously adopted and certified to said County Auditor on the 8th day of October, 1963, and WHEREAS, since such adoption certain property within said assess- ment rolls has been divided and conveyed resulting in Division No. 35814, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor of Ramsey County to apportion the outstanding assessments on said property as follows: A.
