i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION AND <br /> SALE OF ,CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LAND IN HENNEPIN <br /> COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 282.01 of Minnesota Statutes of 1961 provides that all <br /> land classified tax-forfeited land by the County Board be approved as to <br /> classification and sale thereof, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council does agree to the classification and sale <br /> of said property list which is attached to and made a part of this resolution. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony does approve the classification and sale of property as per atta- <br /> ched list which is attached to and made a part of this Resolution. <br /> Adopted this -- day of 1966. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> i lageClerk <br /> Vi I laosManager <br /> • <br />
