RESOLUTION NO. 66-027 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK <br /> TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE ST. ANTHONY-MPLS . <br /> INC. FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE LEASE DATED NOVEMBER <br /> 30, 1962, FOR A VILLAGE LIBRARY. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St . Anthony <br /> that the Mayor and Village Clerk be authorized to enter into agreement with <br /> the St. Anthony-Minneapolis Incorporated, who is assignee of St. Anthony Theatre <br /> Incorporated, for the extension of the lease dated November 30, 1962 for an <br /> additional three year period, for the rental of a certain store building 30' X <br /> 80' lying North of and adjacent to that certain store formerly occupied by <br /> Fox Men's Wear situated in the "St. Anthony Shopping Center", County of Hennepin <br /> Minnesota for a Village library, said lease provisions as provided in the lease <br /> dated November 30, 1962 to remain unchanged. <br /> Adopted this day of 1966. <br /> • Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ilt <br /> Jerk <br /> Manager <br /> • <br />
