RESOLUTION NO. 66-028 <br /> • RESOLUTION REQUESTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> N.S.P. ELECTRICAL SUB-STATION PROPERTY <br /> AND ADJACENT COMMERCIALLY ZONED PROPERTY. <br /> WHEREAS the Village of St. Anthony has been informed that the N.S.P. elect- <br /> rical sub-station located on 33rd Avenue N.E. near Stinson Boulevard is to be <br /> abandoned, and <br /> WHEREAS this fact was not known to the St . Anthony Village Council at the <br /> time of rezoning of adjacent properties which have been platted as "Pat Pen". <br /> In view of the abandonment of the electrical sub-station there will be a change <br /> in use which requires the re-examination of the zoning of the property where <br /> the sub-station is located as well as the adjacent commercially zoned property <br /> at the corner of 33rd Avenue N. E. and Stinson Boulevard. <br /> N014 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St . Anthony Village Planning Commiss- <br /> ion be instructed to schedule a public hearing to consider the rezoning of the <br /> following described property: <br /> N.S .P.: Tract A Reg. Land Survey No. 196 <br /> Flat 63642, Parcel 5000 <br /> Amerman: South 228.3 feet of West 12 rods of Southwest 4 <br /> of Northwest 4 ex. rds. <br /> Plat 63506, Parcel 5560 <br /> • from its present commercial zoning to an R-2 residential zoning classification <br /> and that the clerk be directed to give mailed and published notice of the hearing <br /> to owners of the property being considered for rezoning together with owners of <br /> abutting lands within 100 feet of said property. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of March, 1966. <br /> ra��D � � <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C <br /> Manager <br />
