• RESOLUTIONd NO. 66-032 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT <br /> ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1966. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted March 8, <br /> 1966, fefcrts have been prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village Engineers, ad- <br /> vising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements <br /> are feasible, how they are best accomplished, and the estimated cost thereof, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said reports cover the following improvements: <br /> 1 . Stinson Boulevard-permanent surfacing with curb and gutter-37th <br /> Avenue to Silver Lane <br /> 2. Stinson Boulevard-Silver Lake drainage system <br /> 3. Roosevelt Street Improvement-permanent surfacing with curb and <br /> gutter to serve area platted as "Pat-Pen". <br /> is <br /> 4. Macalaster Drive-permanent surfacing with curb and gutter scuth <br /> of 39th Avenue N.E. to railroad right of way, and, <br /> WHEREAS said reports have been received by the Council on April 12, 1966, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council will consider said improve- <br /> ments in accordance with the reports as submitted by the Village engineers, <br /> Comstock and Davis. <br /> Adopted this AR day of , 1966 <br /> Zfj.�fl <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Village Clerk uq \ <br /> Villa Manager <br />
