RESOLUTION NO. 66-033 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER AND WATER LINE <br /> EXTENSION TO SERVE PAT-PEN PLAT <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council has received the petition of Horton <br /> Connett for the extension of sewer and water lines to serve Roosevelt Court <br /> north of 33rd Avenue N.E., and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to provide sewer <br /> and water service to this development, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village engineers, Comstock <br /> and Davis are hereby directed to prepare preliminary plans for the exte,^,sion <br /> or sewer and water lines to serve the Pat-Pen Plat. <br /> Adopted this z" day of ( , 1966. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> V541age Clerk Lq �.JXA� <br /> Vill a Manager <br /> • <br />
