RESOLUTION NO. 6;-036 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT <br /> ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SEWER AND <br /> WATER LINES TO SERVE THE PAT-PEN ADDITION. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted <br /> April 12, 1966, reports have been prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village <br /> Engineer, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to the feasibility <br /> of the extension of sewer and water lines to service Pat-Pen Addition, how <br /> they are best accomplished, and the estimated cost thereof, <br /> WHEREAS, said report has been received by the Council on April 26, <br /> 1966, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council will consider said <br /> improvement in accordance with the report as submitted by the Village Engin- <br /> eer, Comstock and Davis. <br /> • Adopted this <br /> -��day of 1966. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Village Clerk <br /> Vi I ge Manager <br /> • <br />
