i RESOLUTION No. 66-038 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1966. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted March 8, 1966 and April 12, 1966, reports have been prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village Engineers, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible, how they are best accomplished, and the estimated costs thereof; and, WHEREAS, said reports cover the following improvements: 1 . Stinson Boulevard and Silver Lake drainage systems. 2. Roosevelt Court-permanent surfacing with curb and gutter to serve area platted as "Pat Pen". 3. Roosevelt Court - sewer and water improvement to serve area platted as "Pat Pen." • 4. Macalaster Drive - permanent surfacing with curb and gutter south of 39th Avenue N. E. to railroad right of way; and, WHEREAS, said reports have been received by the Council on March 22, 1966, and April 26, 1966; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council will consider said improvements in accordance with the reports and will assess the entire costs thereof against lands benefited in the manner provided by Minnesota Statutes 429.051 to 429.081 , and that said Council hold a public hearing on the pro- posed improvements on June 14, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk shall give published and mailed notice of the hearing on the improvements to the landowners liable to be assessed for the costs. Adopted by the Council this 26th day of April , 1966.
