RESOLUTION N0. 66-o46 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION <br /> OF PLANS FOR THE STINSON BOULEVARD SEGMENT OF <br /> THE IMPROVEMENT AND CONTINUING HEARING AS TO <br /> SILVER LAKE AND COUNTY DITCH 3 SEGMENT OF THE <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> Stinson Boulevard and Silver Lake Drainaqe Improvement <br /> W EREAS, A resolution of the Village Council adopted April 26, 1966 <br /> fixed the date of June 14, 1966 for a hearing on the above improvement; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said hearing was held following published notice and mailed <br /> notice as required by law; and, <br /> WEREAS, all persona desiring to be heard were provided an opportun- <br /> ity to be heard on the- ordering of said improvement; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1 . The Stinson Boulevard Drainage segment of the improvement prov- <br /> iding for the completion of the cooperative storm drainage system with Columbia <br /> Heights to serve the area designated as District 1 on the Storm Sewer and <br /> Drainage Area Map prepared by the engineer is hereby ordered as proposed in <br /> the resolution of April 26, 1966 and as set forth in the notice of hearing. <br /> 2. Comstock and Davis are hereby designated as the engineer for <br /> this improvement and they shall prepare the plans and specifications for the <br /> making of the improvement. <br /> 3. The hearing on the Silver Lake outlet and County Ditch 3 segment <br /> of the improvement is hereby continued to the meeting of July 12, 1966 to <br /> allow time for completion of a joint agreement with New Brighton to construct <br /> said improvement and to allow the clerk time to give mailed and published <br /> notice of the adjourned hearing onlaid segment of the improvement to the land- <br /> owners in the area designated as District 2 on the Storm Sewer System and <br /> Drainage Area Map prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village Engineers, and <br /> attached to the engineering report for the 1966 improvements. The clerk shall <br /> give notice to said landowners of the time and place of the adjourned hearing, <br /> and that their lands are liable to be assessed for the costs of the improve- <br /> ment. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 14th day of June, 1966 <br /> • Mayor <br /> ATTEST: / <br /> �,.
