• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-047 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION <br /> OF PLANS <br /> Roosevelt Court - Street Improvement <br /> Roosevelt Court - Sewer and plater Improvement <br /> Macalaster Drive - Street Improvement <br /> WiEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted April 26, 1966 <br /> fixed the date of June 14, 1966 for a hearing on the above improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said hearing was held following published notice and mailed <br /> notice as required by law; and, <br /> W EREAS, all persons desiring to be heard were provided an opportun- <br /> ity to be heard on the ordering of said improvements; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that : <br /> • 1 . The following improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> resolution of April 26, 1966 and as set forth in the notice of hearing: <br /> a. Roosevelt Court - Street <br /> b. Roosevelt Court - Sewer and IJater <br /> c. Macalaster Drive - Street <br /> 2.
