RESOLUTION NO. 66-052 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT <br /> OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS• <br /> 14HEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Storm Sewer, <br /> Water Main,Sewer Interceptor, Sewer & Water, Street Impr., as were previously <br /> adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> NHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment <br /> roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 36305 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstand- <br /> ing assessments as follows: <br /> A. Original Parcel - (81031012064) <br /> (A) Ex S 158 ft of E 183 ft; part, S of <br /> RR R/W & E of line par with & 1021 ft. <br /> E from W line, of SW 1/4 (subj to Rds <br /> 40 & esmts) in Sec 31, T 30, R 23. <br /> 1. Resultant Parcel <br /> (1 ) Ex S 158 ft of E 183 ft; part, S of RR R/W & E of <br /> line par with & 1021 ft E from W line, of SW 1/4 (subj <br /> to Rds & esmts) in Sec 31, T 30, R 23• <br /> All assessments previously adopted and certified are to remain against this <br /> parcel . <br /> 2.
