• <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 66-062 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF FUNDS IN <br /> ACCOUNT 74A FOR THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> STORM SEWER PROJECT #7420 STINSON BOULEVARD <br /> - 37TH AVENUE TO SILVER LANE ( RAMSEY AND <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTIES) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights and the Village of St. Anthony <br /> have entered into a contract for the construction of a storm sewer system <br /> which will provide drainage facilities for the use of the City of Columbia <br /> Heights and the Village of St. Anthony; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights has agreed to undertake <br /> construction of the project which will involve construction along Stinson <br /> Boulevard from 37th Avenue to Silver Lane and will serve to collect waters <br /> tributary to the storm sewer collection system; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of St. Anthony has agreed to pay an amount not <br /> to exceed $12, 152.81 ; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE90LVED that the Village Manager is hereby <br /> • authorized to use funds in Account 74A for the cost of construction of said <br /> storm sewer system which funds shall be paid to the City of Columbia Heights <br /> for St. Anthony's share of the project.
