RESOLUTION NO. 66463 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVE- <br /> MENT ON LANDS NORTH OF 35th AVENUE N.E. BETWEEN STINSON <br /> BOULEVARD AND ROOSEVELT STREET N.E., AND ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council, following mailed and <br /> published notice, did on the 9th day of August, 1966, hear all persons desiring <br /> to be heard concerning a proposed surface water drainage improvement to drain <br /> lands lying North of 35th Avenue N.E. between Stinson Boulevard and Roosevelt <br /> Street N.E.; and, <br /> WHEREAS, published and mailed notice was given as required by law <br /> to all persons liable to be assessed for the cost of said improvement, and <br /> all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard as to <br /> whether the Council should undertake said improvement, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of St. Anthony <br /> Village: <br /> • 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br /> Resolution adopted July 120 1966. <br /> 2. Comstock & Davis is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement, and they are hereby ordered to prepare the plans and <br /> specifications for the making of such improvements. <br /> Adopted by the Council this day of August, 1966. <br /> Mayo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi l l C1 <br /> V age Manager <br />
