RESOLUTIONd N0, 66-065 <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br /> 1965 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 7417-65-1, <br /> ANTHONY LANE AND SILVER LAKE COURT, AND 1965 <br /> UTILITY RELOCATION, 7419-65-1 <br /> WHEREAS, contracts have been let for theimprovement of Anthony Lane <br /> and Silver Lake Court under 1965 Street Improvement Project 7417-65-1, and <br /> for the relocation of utilities to serve the Medtronics property under 1965 <br /> Utility Relocation Project 7419-65-1; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of Improvement Project 7417-65-1 is $33,657.27; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of Improvement Project 7419-65-1 is $1,529.64; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the total cost of the improvements is to be assessed again- <br /> st the lands benefited by reason of the improvement, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of St. Anthony, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The cost of Street Improvement Project 7417-65-1 is hereby dec- <br /> lared to be $33,657.27, and the cost of 1965 Utility Relocation Project 74-19- <br /> 65-1 is hereby declared to be $1,529.64. <br /> 2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Engineer, <br /> shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such <br /> improvement against every assessable lot or parcel of land within the District <br /> affected by said improvement, without regard to cash valuation as provided by <br /> law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for <br /> public inspection. <br /> 3.
