• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-069 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING ASSESSMENT HEARING ON 1965 <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 7417-65-1 AND 1965 <br /> UTILITY RELOCATION 7419-65-1 <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution adopted on the 9th day of August, 1966, the <br /> Council ordered the preparation of the assessment role for 1965 Street Improvement <br /> Project 7417-65-1 and 1965 Utility Relocation 7419-65-1 ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has been advised that said assessment role will be <br /> available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be held on September <br /> 27, 1966 in the Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. to consider all the proposed assessments <br /> and to allow all persons owning property to be assessed for the cost of the <br /> improvement, an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
