RESOLUTION NO. 66-074 <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF CALLED <br /> WATERWORKS BONDS OF 1953 <br /> WHEREAS, in September, 1963, the Village Council did recall Bonds <br /> Numbered 51 through 55, titled Waterworks Bonds of 1953, and <br /> WHEREAS, said bonds were not presented for payment, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the American National Bank of St. Paul did on October 7, 1963 <br /> clear the bond account rendering a check in the amount of $6,693.75 and payable <br /> to the Village of St. Anthony, and <br /> WHEREAS, Fund #45, sinking fund for waterworks bonds of 1953, was <br /> closed out on the financial statement of 1963 and balance of $6,400.37 was <br /> transferred to Fund 75A, Water Revenue Sinking Fund, and <br /> WHEREAS, said waterworks bonds numbered 51 through 55 have been <br /> presented for payment, by Kalman b Co, for Russell F. Lambert, and <br /> WHEREAS, Russbli Andrews of the Public Examiners Office has agreed <br /> that monies are due on said numbered bonds, and 75 interest coupons @ $21.25 <br /> each and can be paid from fund 75A, <br /> NOVI THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Treasurer be directed <br /> to issue a Village draft against Fund #75A for 5 - 1000.00 bonds, numbered <br /> waterworks Bonds of 1953, 51 through 55, and interest coupons bearing interest <br /> in the amount of $21 .25 through November 1963, total of 75 coupons, <br /> Adopted this ` day of 1966. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Village er <br /> Vi lil ge Manager <br />
