RESOLUTION N0. 66-080 <br /> RESOLUTION PETITIONING THE MINNESOTA COMMISSIONER <br /> OF HIGHWAYS TO SET THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON OLD <br /> HIGHWAY #8 WITHIN THE VILLAGE CORPORATE LIMITS. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony in compliance with Subdivision 5 of Section 169.14 of the <br /> Highway Traffic Regulation Act, hereby requests the Commissioner of Highways, <br /> upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, to authorize <br /> the erection of appropriate signs designating 30 M.P.H. as a reasonable <br /> and safe speed limit upon the following described streets and highways: <br /> Old Highway #8 within the Corporate limits of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this "= ?4� day of , 1966 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 1 rge C 1 e <br /> lk <br /> V711 ge Manager <br /> • <br />
