RESOLUTION NO. 66-082 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> ASSESSMENT OF LAND FOR WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> 1960-2 PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 429.071 <br /> k,H EREAS, the Village Council by a resolution adopted October 9, 1961 <br /> did assess lands for the cost of Water and Sewer Improvement 1960-2, and <br /> WHEREAS by reason of a mistake or omission the Council failed to <br /> assess, Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, Mounds View Acres, Second Addition, for the <br /> cost of the sewer improvement and <br /> lM EREAS the failure to assess for the sewerimprovement became known <br /> to the Council at the hearing on the assessments for the 1965 Improvements <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the dwelling units located on Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, Mounds <br /> View Acres, Second Addition, have been and are being provided Sanitary Sewer <br /> Services by reason of Water and Sewer Improvement 1960-2, <br /> NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED that a hearing be held in the Council <br /> Chambers on January 24, 1967 at 8:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing from <br /> • all interested persons as to the supplemental assessment of Lots 5 and 6, <br /> Block 7, Mounds View Acres, Second Addition for the cost of Water and Sewer <br /> Improvement 1960-2. The clerk is directed to give notice of the time, place, <br /> and purpose of the hearing to the owners of the land to be assessed.
