RESOLUTION NO. 67-002 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Sewer Improve- <br /> ment 1960-2, Water Improvement 1960-20 and Sewer Interceptor Improvement <br /> 1960-2 was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> County, and <br /> WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment <br /> rolls has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 37184. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstandj <br /> ing assessments as followss <br /> A.
