• RESOLUTION NO. 67-007 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 1967 AS CUT-DOFF <br /> DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has consid- <br /> ered its 1967 construction program, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on <br /> the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to comply <br /> with the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1967 as the final day for accepting <br /> petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1967 construction <br /> program. <br /> 'rL <br /> Adopted this day of January 1967. <br /> • Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Via e` Cler <br /> ger <br /> • <br />
