• RESOLUTION N0, 67-013 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> ASSESSMENT OF LAND - FOR 1965 STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> 7417-65-1 <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council , by a resolution adopted September 27, <br /> 1966, did assess lands for the cost of 1965 Street Improvement 7417-65-1 ; <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, by reason of omission, the Village Engineer, Comstock and <br /> Davis, failed to inclide $1,715.41 of engineering costs applicable to said <br /> street improvoment; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a hearing be held in the Council <br /> Chambers on February 28, 1967 at 8:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing from <br /> all interested persons as to the supplemental assessment for the engineering <br /> omitted from the original assessment.
