41 RESOLUTION NO. 67-016 <br /> RESOLUTION URGING ENACTMENT OF H.F. 263 PROVIDING <br /> FOR A COORDINATED PERA-OASI INSURANCE COVERAGE. <br /> WHEREAS, the present employees of the Village of St. Anthony are <br /> covered by the Public Employees Retirement Act, which law does not provide <br /> for coordinated joint coverage with the Federal Old Age Survivors Insurance <br /> Program; and, <br /> 1411EREAS, the employees of the Village of St. Anthony should not be <br /> denied the opportunity to be covered under OASI so as to provide this protect- <br /> ion of Social Security coverage for the employees and their families; <br /> N014 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of St. Anthony <br /> Village support the enactment of H.F. 263 providing for a coordinated PERA- <br /> OASI insurance program and the legislators be urged to enact such legislation. <br /> Adopted this /q{4 day of , 1967 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Villgh6 Clerk <br /> V lage Manager <br />
