• RESOLUTION NO. 67-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPAZATION OF REPORT ON <br /> 1967 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The Village Council has reviewed requests and reports pertaining to <br /> improvements which should be considered in the year 1967, and <br /> It is proposed to undertake the following improvement : <br /> Silver Lake Road sidewalk improvement from St. "nthony Boulevard to <br /> 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> It is proposed to assess the benefited property for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections <br /> 429.011 to 429.111 . <br /> N014 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Comstock and Davis, <br /> Village Engineer, for study and they are to advise the Council in a prelimin- <br /> ary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br /> it is best proposed individually or as joint improvements together with <br /> the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> Adopted this (yk` day of 1967 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Village' perk <br /> V'llage Manager <br />
