RESOLUTION NO. 67-022 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> ON 1967 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The Village Council has reviewed requests and reports pertaining to <br /> improvements which should be considered inthe year 1967, and <br /> It is proposed to undertake the following improvements : <br /> St. Anthony Boulevard curb, gutter, street, and ornamental lighting <br /> from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road. <br /> St. Anthony Boulevard street improvement from Silver Lake Road to <br /> Interstate Highway 35 W. <br /> Stinson Doulevard curb, gutter and street improvement from 37th <br /> Avenue to Silver Lane. <br /> Silver Lane curb, gutter, street, and sanitary sewer improvement <br /> from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive. <br /> • 33rd Avenue N.E. street improvement from Stinson Boulevard to a <br /> point approximately 500 feet East of Silver Lake Road. <br /> Penrod Street improvement from 37th Avenue to Silver Lane. <br /> It is proposed to assess the benefited property for all of a portion <br /> of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections <br /> 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> That the proposed improvements be referred to Comstock and Davis, <br /> Village Engineer, for study and they are to advise the Council in a prelim- <br /> inary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to <br /> whether they are best proposed individually or as joint improvements togeth- <br /> er with the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> Adopted this � day of 1967 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 11 Cl er �-�i <br /> i lage Manager <br />
