<br /> • A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE POSTING OF SURETY
<br /> BOND TO GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
<br /> LEVIED AGAINST DIAMOND EIGHT TERRACE ADDITION
<br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council has been informed by the
<br /> Rasmey County Auditor that special assessments will not be collected against
<br /> Diamond Eight Terrace Addition, and
<br /> WHEREAS, special assessments unpaid are in the amount of $9,226.13,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, the refusal of the Ramsey County Auditor to collect said
<br /> assessments is due to divisions of property into several parcels, which prop-
<br /> erty division has not been approved by the Village Council, nor does it rete1n
<br /> all of the property which was a part of the Diamond Eight Terrace Addition,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, the property owners have divided the property in such a
<br /> way as to separate a tract of land abutting on 37th Avenue N.E. from the
<br /> Diamond Eight Terrace Addition,
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.07,
<br /> Subdivision 3, that the owner or owners of the property described as:
<br /> • E. 295 9/10' of lot 2. N. 351 of E. 1/2 of lot 4 and of lot 3.
<br /> Block 9, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition,
