• RESOLUTION NO. 67-024 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEER'S PRELIMINARY <br /> REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1967 <br /> AND CALLING FOR HEARINGS ON THE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> Pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted March 28, <br /> 1967, reports have been prepared by the Village Engineer, Comstock and Davis, <br /> advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br /> ments are feasible, how they are best accomplished, and the estimated costs. <br /> The reports cover the following improvements: <br /> Sanitary Sewer - Silver Lane from Soo Line Railway to Oakwood Drive. <br /> Sidewalk Improvements- <br /> Item I . 33rd Avenue N.E. from Stinson Boulevard to the St. Anthony <br /> High School - permanent surfacing. <br /> Item 2. Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue to Silver Lane - concrete <br /> road, curb and gutter. <br /> Item 3. Silver Lane from Oakwood Drive to Silver Lake Road - joint <br /> improvements with New Brighton to provide permanent surfacing, concrete curb <br /> • and gutter. <br /> Item 4. Penrod Lane from 39th Avenue to Silver Lane - temporary <br /> street surfacing, and storm sewer catch basins and leads. <br /> Item 5. St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Eake <br /> Road - curb and gutter, permanent surfacing, and ornamental lighting. <br /> Item 6. St. Anthony Boulevard from Silver'.Lake Road to East Village <br /> limits - bituminous surfacing. <br /> The Above improvement reports were received by the Council on May 1 , <br /> 1967. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council consider said improv- <br /> ements in accordance with the engineer 's reports and will assess the cost <br /> thereof against lands benefited in the manner provided by Minnesota Statutes <br /> Section 429.051 to Section 429.081 and that said Council hold a public hearing <br /> on the proposed improvements on June 6, 1967 in the St. Anthony High School <br /> Auditorium at 8:00 P.M. <br /> The Clerk shall give published and mailed notice of the hearing on . <br /> theimprovements to the landowners liable to be assessed for the costs. <br /> Adopted this 1st day of May, 1967. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Villa e C l lage Manager <br />
