RESOLUTION N0. 67-039 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENTS ROLL - WATER, SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1966-1 STREET IMPROVEMENT 1966-1 l•JHEREAS, improvements were made by the Vi l lags of St. Anthony at the cost shown for the several projects as follows: Water, Sewer and Storm Sewer Improvement 1966-1 1. Sewer and water, including servicy to serve property in Pat Pen Addition at a cost of $17,005.87. 2. Storm sewer connections on Stinson Boulevard north of 37th Avenue at a cost of $5,036.73. 3. Storm sewer improvement serving property north of 35th Avenue between Stinson Boulevard and Roosevelt Street at a cost of $2,005.58. 4. Stinson Boulevard area storm sewer outlet into Silver Lake, A cooperative project with the City of Columbia Heights to serve the area designated as District 1 on the Storm Sewer System and Drainage Area map attached to the engineering report for the 1966 improvements, at a cost of $12,811:90. Street ImImovement 9,66-1 1. Roosevelt Court north of 33rd Avenue at a cost of $8,238.16. 2. Macalaster Drive from 39th Avenue to roiltoad tracks at a cost of $10,068.87. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that 100% of the cost of the improve- ments be specially assessed against the benefited property. The Village clerk, with the assistance of the engineer, shall calculate the amount to be specially assessed for the above improvements again;,t every lot or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
