RESOLUTION NO. 67-043 <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF AN EMERGENCY <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has reviewed the conditions of the <br /> mechanical eqiupment and controls at the Harding St. sewage lift station, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has made certain recommendations to <br /> the Village Council regarding the correction of said conditions, and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the failure of the Marding St. lift station•. <br /> mechanical equipment and controls nearby residents basements have been flooded <br /> with sewage on several occasions, and <br /> UsH EREAS, it is imperative that the aforementioned equipment and <br /> controls be replaced as expeditiously as possible, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village <br /> • of St. Anthony hereby declares an emergency to exist and approves the purchase <br /> and installation of sewage lift station pumps and controls for the Harding St. <br /> Lift Station as proposed by the Village engineer in the amount of $4,981.00. <br /> Adopted this l'll day of , 1967 <br /> L��Z�Zd2i <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 1 e Cler <br /> 9,• lags Manager <br />
