RESOLUTION NO. 67-047 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO DISAPPROVE CLASSIFICATION OF <br /> CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS AS NON-CONSERVATION <br /> LAND AND TO IMPLEMENT ACTION TO ACQUIRE SUCH <br /> LAND FOR VILLAGE PURPOSES. <br /> WHEREAS the Land Commission of Ramsey County has requested the <br /> approval of the St. Anthony Village Council for the classification of the <br /> following tax forfeited lands: <br /> Lot 1, Block 2, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition <br /> as non-conservation land and, <br /> WHEREAS these lands should be retained in public ownership for <br /> water impoundment and flood plain for Ramsey County Ditch #3. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony Village Council <br /> disapprove the classification of Lot 1, Block 2, Mounds View Acres 2nd Addition <br /> as non••conservation land. <br /> • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Attorney be directed to take <br /> such action as is required to bring land under jurisdiction of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony. <br /> 7,11 <br /> Adopted this day of �_=, 1967. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi1 IkW C I ark -- <br /> Vif age Man ger <br /> l <br />
