RESOLUTION NO. 68-012 <br /> • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER <br /> TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR CERTAIN HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> TAX FORFEITED LANDS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Manager has been informed by the Hennepin <br /> County Auditor that certain lands located in the Village of St. Anthony <br /> have forfeited to the state for non-payment of real property taxes; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said lands have been used and are needed for municipal <br /> roadways and easement purposes; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, 9E IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager be <br /> authorized to make application for conveyance by the State of Minnesota of <br /> the following described lands to the Village of St. Anthony: <br /> The East 30 feet of the North 328.18 feet of the South <br /> 988.18 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township <br /> 29, Range 23. (Parcel 576) <br /> The hest 30 feet of the East 396 feet of the North <br /> 328.18 feet of the South 988.18 feet of the Northeast <br /> 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29, Range 23. (Parcel 579). <br /> • The South 30 feet of Tract C, Registered Land Survey <br /> 898.
