RESOLUTION NO. 68-016 <br /> RESOLUTION REVOKING COUNTY STATE AID HIGHt,JAYS <br /> 111HEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony that the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a <br /> Municipal State .'did Street under the provisions of Minnesota Let-is; <br /> NOU TH ERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony that the road described as follows, to-wits <br /> 39th Avenue N.E. from Silver Lake Road to Fordham Road <br /> Fordham Road from 39th Avenue N.E. to Silver Lane <br /> be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village <br /> subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is ;iareby authorized <br /> • and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br /> Commissioner of Highways for his consideration. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of March, 1968. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C�\011,'A \Aj <br /> Villag lerk <br /> Va g e Manager <br />
