• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-020 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> OF 33RD AVENUE FROM STINSON BOULEVARD TO <br /> ST. ANTHONY HIGH SCHOOL. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, and following <br /> published and mailed notice, a hearing was held on June 6, 1967, to consider <br /> the improvement of 33rd Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to the St. Anthony <br /> High School : and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council, following the June 6, 1967, hearing, <br /> continued the matter to the date of June 27, 1967, in order to determine <br /> whether additional state aids were available and in order to determine <br /> whether the project could be undertaken in segments; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council, following the June 27, 1967, hearing <br /> ordered the improvement of 33rd Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to a point <br /> 1,350 feet East; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the engineer has reported that additional municipal <br /> • state aids are available for construction of the entire street improvement ; <br /> Ndtd THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council consider the <br /> improvement of 33rd Avenue in accordance with the engineer 's report and <br /> assess the cost thereof against lands benefited in the manner provided <br /> by Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.051 to 429.081 and that the Council hold <br /> a public hearing on the proposed improvement on April 23, 1968, in the <br /> Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. <br /> The clerk shall give published and mailed notice of the hearing to <br /> the owners of land liable to be assessed for the costs. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 26th day of March, 1968. <br /> Zle <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Villa Clerk <br /> r <br /> Vi l la Manager <br />
