RESOLUTION NO. 68-021 <br /> • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ENGINEER <br /> TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT AS TO VILLAGE <br /> SHARE OF THE KENZIE TERRACE STREET AND WATER <br /> MAIN EXTENSION IMPROVEMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council has conducted informational hearings <br /> and reviewed reports pertaining to the improvement of Kenzie Terrace and <br /> the extension of water lines to serve the Lowry Grove Trailer Park, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to undertake the following improvements: <br /> 1. Kenzie Terrace Improvement from Stinson Boulevard <br /> to St. Anthony Boulevard <br /> 2. Water main extension to serve the Lowry Grove <br /> Trailer Park. <br /> It is proposed to assess the benefited property for all or a part of the <br /> cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to <br /> 429.111 . <br /> NOIJ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposed improvements be <br /> referred to Comstock and Davis, Village Engineers, for study and they are <br /> • to advise the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvement is feasible and as to whether it is best proposed individually <br /> or as a joint improvement together with the estimated cost of the improvements <br /> as recommended. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of March, 1968. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi11ag Clerk/ <br /> V lage Manager <br /> • <br />
