RESOLUTION NO. 68-033 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE <br /> MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY <br /> OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF <br /> STINSON BOULEVARD. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Village Manager are hereby <br /> authorized to enter into agreement on behalf of the Village with the City of <br /> Columbia Heights for the improvement of Stinson Boulevard, said City of <br /> Columbia Heights to reimburse the Village for the actual cost of construct- <br /> ion of that part of Stinson Boulevard lying West of the center line of the <br /> proposed pavement and for 100% of the actual cost of 37th Place, said <br /> costs to be determined by final constructed quantities at unit contract <br /> prices with legal, administration, engineering, staking and inspection <br /> costs to be shared on the basis of the ratio of the city's share to the <br /> Village share. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of May, 1968. <br /> <Oi74 <br /> • Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi l Cage' C1er <br /> i 1 age Manager <br /> • <br />
