• RESOLUTION NO. 68-034 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF 33RD AVENUE <br /> A resolution of the Village Council adopted March 26, 1968, fixed the <br /> date of April 23, 1968, for a hearing on the improvement of 33rd Avenue from <br /> Stinson Boulevard to St. Anthony Village High School . The improvement <br /> consists of installation of concrete curbing, gutter and a permanent surfacing <br /> of the street together with installation of a storm sewer drainage system. <br /> The hearing was held following published and mailed notice as required <br /> by law, and all persons desiring to be heard were provided an opportunity <br /> to be heard on the ordering of the improvement. Following the hearing on <br /> April 23, 1968, the hearing was continued to May 14, 1968, to await receipt <br /> of bids to determine the actual cost of undertaking the improvement. The <br /> Council , prior to ordering the improvement, requested the Village engineer <br /> to prepare final plans and specifications and to obtain bids in order to be <br /> certain as to the total cost of the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS the bids have been received and substantially correspond with <br /> the estimated cost of the project as decided by the engineer. <br /> N%J THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that : <br /> • 1 . The improvement of 33rd Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to the <br /> St. Anthony Village High School be and it is hereby ordered as proposed in <br /> the resolution of March 26, 1968, and in the engineer's report as set forth <br /> in the notice of the hearing for the imprvoement.
