1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-035 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. <br /> Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive <br /> On June 6, 1967, following a public hearing, the St. Anthony <br /> Village Council , by resolution No. 67-032, ordered the improvement of <br /> Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive and designated Comstock <br /> and Davis, the Village Engineers, to prepare the plans and specifications <br /> for the street improvement. The engineers have presented the plans and <br /> specifications to the Council for approval . <br /> NOL•,► THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1 . The plans and specifications for the improvement of Silver <br /> Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The Clerk shall retain said plans and specifications in the <br /> files of his office. <br /> 3. The Clerk shall prepare and cause to be published an adver- <br /> tisement for bids upon the making of the improvement in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 429.041 . <br /> The advertisement shall specify the work to be done and shall <br /> state that bids will be opened and considered by the Manager and <br /> Engineer at 12:00 Noon D.S .T. on June 24, 1968, in the Village <br /> Nall.
