RESOLUTION NO. 68-037 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE REPAIR-IMPROVEMENT OF <br /> ST, ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM STINSON BOULEVARD <br /> TO THE EAST VILLAGE LIMITS . <br /> A motion of the Village Council adopted June 11, 1968, fixed the <br /> date of July 9, 1968, for a hearing on the above improve menti The hearing <br /> was held following published and mailed notice of the preliminary hearing <br /> held on June 6, 1967, and certified mailed notice prior to the reopening <br /> of the hearing of July 9, 1968, as required by law, and all persons desiring <br /> to be heard were provided an opportunity to be heard on the ordering of the <br /> improvement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1 . The repair-improvement of St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson <br /> Boulevard to the East Village limits be and is hereby ordered <br /> as proposed and as set forth in the notice of hearing for the <br /> improvement. <br /> 2. Comstock and Davis is hereby designated as the engineer for <br /> this improvement and shall approve the specifications for the <br /> • making of the improvement. <br /> 3.
