RESOLUTION NO. 68-033 <br /> !', RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL PLANS AND SPEC- <br /> IFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT 1963-4 AND DIRECTING <br /> THE VILLAGE ENGINEER TO INCLUDE THE ST. ANTHONY <br /> OFFICE PARI( STREET IMPROVEMENT IN THE PROJECT <br /> AND PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING OF GIDS AUGUST <br /> 19, 1968. <br /> ,'E IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. <br /> Anthony that final plans and specifications for "torm Sewer and Street <br /> Improvement 1960-4, as prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village ngineers, <br /> are hereby accepted, and that the Village Manager be authorized to adver- <br /> tise for bids for said Improvement on August 19, 1968. <br /> BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Village I-ngineer, Comstock <br /> and Davis, be directed to include within the aforementioned improvement, <br /> the Street Improvement for St. Anthony Office Park as petitioned by <br /> 100% of the property owners therein, in order to enlarge the size of <br /> the project and result in lower unit cost, as no public hearing is <br /> necessary on the making of the improvement. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of July 1960 <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST- <br /> Vi l l e Cle <br /> illage Manager <br /> • <br />
