RESOLUTION NO. 68-039 <br /> • RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN STREETS AND AN <br /> EASEMENT IN MOUNDS VIE14 ACRES SECOND ADDITION, <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, Happy's Potato Chip Company, a Minnesota corporation, <br /> has petitioned the Village of St. Anthony for the vacation of certain <br /> streets and an easement hereinafter described, <br /> WHEREAS, said streets and easement were erroneously described <br /> or , inadvertently omitted from that resolution of vacation dated <br /> April 2, 1960, <br /> l-JiEREAS, a publication of hearing and posted notice pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statutes, 412.851 thereof was made to vacate the properties <br /> herein, described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 9 (Valley View Road) <br /> That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres <br /> Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according <br /> to the recorded plat thereof, lying west of the <br /> centerline of said Valley View Road, and lying <br /> south of the Southeast line of a strip of land <br /> 40 feet wide and adjacent to the Southeast line <br /> of the Sault Ste. Marie Railway Right-of-Way, and <br /> lying north of a line drawn northeast from a point <br /> on the West line of said Valley View Road and 93.86 <br /> feet north of the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 9 <br /> of said Mounds View Acres Second Addition, to a point <br /> on the East line of said Valley View Road and 34.74 <br /> feet north of the Southwest corner of Lot 18, Block 11, <br /> of said Pounds View Acres Second Addition. <br /> Lot 1, Block 9 (Valley View Road) <br /> That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres <br /> Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according <br /> to the recorded plat thereof, lying west of the center- <br /> line of said Valley View Road and lying within a strip <br /> of land 40 feet wide and adjacent to the Southeast <br /> line of the Sault Ste. Marie Railway Right-of-Way, <br /> reserving to the Village of St. Anthony a sewer ease- <br /> ment over said parcel of land. <br /> Lot 18, Block 11 (Valley View Road) <br /> That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres <br /> Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according <br /> to the recorded plat thereof lying east of the center- <br /> line of said Valley View Road and lying south of the <br /> North line extended Westerly of Lot 10, Block 11 , of <br /> said Mounds View Acres Second Addition, and lying north <br /> of a line drawn northeast from a point on the West line <br />
