This should include programs <br /> already in progress or in planning by business, housing industry, educational <br /> institutions, etc. <br /> F. Initiate programs of training in needed areas. <br /> 1 . Provide sensitivity training opportunities for interested Council <br /> members, business and real estate representatives, educational administrators <br /> and teachers. <br /> 2. Provide dialogue between local businessmen and area businessmen <br /> who are currently conducting supportive non-discriminatory programs for minority <br /> group employees when requested by local businessmen. <br /> G. Maintain programs designed to alleviate community tension. <br /> 1 . Investigate local rumors for confirmation or denial. <br /> 2. Communicate to the public factual information to dispel false rumors. <br /> H. Encourage programs designed to create a community climate to accept <br /> orderly and demonstrable changes in eliminating barriers to equal opportunity. <br /> Support, but not initiate, programs such as : <br /> 1. Reciprocal visiting between a Village church and urban church; an <br /> exchange of programs. <br /> 2.
