RESOLUTION NO 68-042 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF THE <br /> ENGINEER IN THE AMOUNT OF $1229506.55 AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR NECESSARY TEMPORARY FINAN- <br /> CING OF IMPROVEMENT 1968-1. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St .
