RESOLUTION NO. 68-046 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARINGS ON ASSESS- <br /> MENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT 1968-1 , 1968- <br /> 2, 1968-5, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT, RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY DITCH #2, #3. <br /> BY A RESOLUTION adopted on August 27, 1968, the Council ordered <br /> the preparation of the assessment roll for Street Improvements 1968-1 , ' <br /> 1968-2, 1968-5, and Storm Sewer Improvement Ramsey County Ditch #2, #3. <br /> The Council has been advised that the assessment roll is available for <br /> public inspection in the office of the Clerk. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be held on <br /> October 1, 1968 in the Village Hall at 8:00 o'clock p.m. to consider the <br /> proposed assessments and .to allow all owners of property to be assessed <br /> an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> THE VILLAGE CLERK shall give notice by publication and mailing <br /> advising the property owners of the time, place, and purpose of the hear- <br /> ings on the assessments. <br /> Adopted by the Council this roe day of ,61968. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Villa Clerk .. <br /> 1 <br /> )Ii�lklage Manager <br />
