RESOLUTION N0, 6$-04.0 <br /> ,RESOLUTION ORDERING REPORT ON EXTENSION <br /> OF SE14ER AND WATER SERVICES TO THE SAL- <br /> VATION ARMY CAMP <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of the Salvation Army Camp on Silver Lake have <br /> petitioned for the extension of sewer and water services to serve their area; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing on said improvement is not required when 100% <br /> of the landowners petition for the improvement; and, <br /> %lERE1-;S, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has directed the conn- <br /> ection of the camp's sanitary facilities to the sanitary sewer; <br /> NOI! 11-1EREFORE, IE IT RESOLVED that the Village Engineer, Comstock and <br /> Davis, advise the Council as to whether the improvement petitioned for by the <br /> Salvation army Camp is feasible and as to the best method of accomplishing the <br /> improvement, together with the estimated cost of the project as recommended. <br /> ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1968. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Village Clerk <br /> )4ilkagetanager <br /> • <br />
