RESOLUTION N0, 68-058 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY <br /> PLANS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HIGHWAY /#8 <br /> SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAO C <br /> WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br /> pians for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 63 renumbered <br /> as Trunk Highway Number 8 within the corporate limits of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony from Loamy Avenue to County Road C; and <br /> I-M EREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br /> Department bf Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br /> identified as Layout No. S.P.2712-10, S.P.2754-06 (8-63) from C.S.A.H. 27 <br /> to County Road C; and <br /> WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> VJHEREAS the term '%aid preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br /> the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, <br /> and incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particulaOly <br /> identified and described; <br /> NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVEO that said preliminary pians for the im- <br /> provement of Trunk Highway Number 63 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 8 within <br /> the limits of the Village of St. Anthony be and hereby are approved, with <br /> the provision that an entrance be provided to the Village Hall parking lot <br /> from Kenzie Terrace. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of November, 1968. <br /> ATTEST: Ma or <br /> viTlagnC <br /> lerk <br /> 4 <br /> V' ge Ma ager <br />
