i• RESOLUTION NO. 68-063 <br /> A RESOLUTION COORDINATING THE USE OF <br /> VILLAGE HALL FACILITIES <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council and School Board have entered <br /> into a joint agreement to provide a combined Recreation-Adult Education program <br /> for the residents of St. Anthony, and <br /> WHEREAS., it is necessary that office space be provided for the Recreation <br /> Director, and <br /> WHEREAS, the moving of the Director of Public Safety's office to the <br /> room adjacent to the present police-fire squad room would better facilitate the <br /> cour'd i i,a L ion of the two departments. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Manager be directed to <br /> provide office space for the Recreation Director in the present Director of Public <br /> Safety's office and relocate said office in the room adjacent to the police-fire <br /> squad room. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of December, 1968. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 1 lage rk <br /> V lage Manager <br />
