RESOLUTION NO. 68-066 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE <br /> RECOMMENDA-TION OF THE LEGISLATIVE INTERIM COMMISSION <br /> REGARDING FAIR TRADE PRICING LAWS. <br /> WHEREAS, an Interim Commission of, the Minnesota Legislature, following <br /> completion of its deliberations and study of the state liquor laws, concluded <br /> and recommended to the 1969 Legislature that the present fair trade pricing laws <br /> are adequate and should remain unchanged. <br /> NQ4 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony Village Council <br /> support the recommendation of the Legislative Interim Commission and that the <br /> Governor, the Liquor Commissioner, and our state legislators be informed of <br /> the position of the St. Anthony Village Council. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of December, 1968. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Villag erk <br /> • <br /> V 1lage Manager <br /> 10 <br />
