RESOLUTION NO. 69-005 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1969 <br /> . AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> t1HEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> has considered its 1969 construction program, and <br /> IA-1EREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish <br /> a time limit on the requests for public improvements so as to <br /> insure adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures <br /> as established in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOl1 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of <br /> the Village of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1969 as the <br /> final day for accepting petitions for public improvements to be <br /> included in the 1969 construction program. <br /> Adopted this J`I " day of January, 1969. <br /> DZ <br /> MaVo- <br /> ATTEST: <br /> VillaCterk <br /> V'1 age Manager <br /> • <br />
