RESOLUTION NO. 69-017 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTION- <br /> MENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR LOCAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Storm Sewer 1968-1 <br /> was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment roll <br /> has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 39224, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstanding <br /> assessment as follows: <br /> A) Original Parcel -(81505108005) Subj. to Dr. & ex.
