• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT <br /> OF A TAX CLAIM RY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE NECESSARY <br /> FUNDS. <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has filed a claim in District Court for <br /> certain propane gas taxes in the amount of $6,321.67 including penalty, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village attorney through negotiations has recommended a <br /> settlement in the amount of $4,352. 17, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide funds for the settlement of said <br /> claim, <br /> N0V1 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village attorney be authorized <br /> to settle the aforementioned claim in the amount of $4,352. 17, and that said sum <br /> be transferred from Account No. 495, Contingency Fund, to Account No. 425-33, <br /> Transportation, Motor Fuel . <br /> • Adopted this day of 1969. <br /> May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 1 1 e Cl ark <br /> Vil 0 <br /> ge Manager <br />
