RESOLUTION NO. 69-027A <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF A CUL DE SAC AT THE EAST END OF <br /> SILVER LAKE COURT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council has previously received a petition <br /> from 100% of the lots abutting Silver Lake Court, which petition req„Psts U,© <br /> construction of a cul de sac at the east end of Silver Lake Court, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has presently underway a sewer and water improve- <br /> ment which has removed a portion of the affected street area, <br /> NOVI THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council approve the <br /> construction of the aforementioned cul de sac upon condition that the petioners <br /> be assessed for 100% of the cost in excess of the work that would be attribut- <br /> able to improvement 1969-1. <br /> Adopted this 214- day of , 1969. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vill a Clerk <br /> e <br /> V llage Manager <br />
